Pod Pretekstem is one of the most exclusive and professional restaurants in Poznan, placed in the city center, in the Imperial Castle. I was hired there for my university internship as an assistant manager and was a part of the company for next 3 months.
Duties: I was responsible for helping owners in their everyday duties which included all sort of activities from finance and stock up to orders and marketing. Meanwhile I was also working as a waiter and bartender, which gave me a great perspective of how restaurants work and why such a priorities were established.
